    Christmas Tree Jubilee - General Information

     

    Dates & Times

    Monday, November 19th through Friday, November 23rd, 2018

    Monday

    9 am to 8 pm - Tree Room Set up (tree decorators and donors) Lunch served at noon

    Tuesday

    5 pm to 10 pm - Gala Event. This is a private event for guests who have purchase a table or single tickets

    Wednesday

    11 am to 8 pm - Free and open to the public. Entertainment all day.
    4 pm to 6 pm - Family Fun Night with Santa. Free and open to the public

    Thursday

    Closed - Happy Thanksgiving

    Friday

    11 am to 6 pm - Free and open to the public. Entertainment all day.

    Ogden Eccles Conference Center, 2414 Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT

    Parking

    Parking is available in the parking garage off Kiesel Ave. behind the conference center $5 to park.

    Gala Event

    Support Weber School Foundation by purchasing a table or single ticket to attend the Gala on Tuesday, November 20th, 2018.
    Semi-formal attire is encouraged.
    Gala guests will enjoy dinner, a hosted bar and entertainment. Guests have the first chance to purchase trees and wreaths, and bid on silent and live auction items. This is a mobile bidding fundraising event. An email will be sent to the table host with registration details. Please register your mobile device before the event. Volunteers will be available to assist you with mobile bidding for silent and live auction bidding. Trees and wreaths can be purchased with cash, check or credit card.

    Purchase a Tree or Wreath Room

    The Tree Room is open to the public on Wednesday, November 21st, and Friday, November 23rd from 10:00 am -8:00 pm. The tree room is filled with beautifully decorated trees and wreaths that can be purchased. All proceeds from the tree and wreath sales benefit students with special needs.

    Tree/Wreath Delivery

    All Trees/Wreaths will be delivered on Saturday, November 24th. Trees that sell for $300 and above it will be delivered free of charge. Trees/Wreaths that sell for under $300 will have a $50 per address delivery fee.

    Pick up: All trees not being delivered must be picked up Saturday, November 24th between 7:30 and 9 am.

    Tree decorating begins at 9:00 am
    Footballs players will be awaiting your arrival to help unload your belongings.
    Lunch will be served at noon. Compliments of the Foundation.

    Gala Guests Only
    5 pm - Doors Open: Tree/Wreath Sales begin, Silent Auction, Hosted Bar, & Social Hour
    7 pm - Dinner, Entertainment, Live Auction, & Fundraising
